On the 6th of April, the Belgium Instyitute for gender equality published its report on gender pay gap. According to the report, in Belgium the medium pay gap is of abourt 11%, in decrease of the 13% gap of 2005. Nevertheless, in the private sector the pay gap can reach up to 27%. The pay gap can reach 22% among highly skilled workers and 21% for part time workers. It’s among decision personnel that the ga is the highest reaching 33%. Only 23% of decision makers are women.
